Psychological Risks

Psychological Risks refer to the health issues that can arise due to overexposure to psychological, social, or emotional stressors. These include mental illness, burnout, depression, and substance abuse, among others. Psychological Risks can adversely affect both mental and physical wellbeing, leading to higher risks of chronic illnesses and decreased quality of life. As such, it is important to recognize the signs of psychological stress, as well as take steps to manage and prevent the onset of such risks. This includes building emotional resilience through diet, exercise, mental health assistance, such as talk therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
